Our team recently had the opportunity to participate in the Build California Summer Camp, where we connected with rising high school juniors and seniors exploring careers in the construction industry.
Our team members shared their career journeys, discussed the many opportunities within construction, and gave students a firsthand look at what it takes to bring projects to life. Through conversations and Q&A sessions we hope to inspire the next generation to see construction as a rewarding and impactful career.
We’re grateful to Build California and the Southern California Laborers’ Training School for creating this incredible program and allowing us to be part of shaping the future of our industry.
