Nick Mata's journey into construction began with his father, Roger Mata, who moved to the U.S. from Mexico at 19 in pursuit of the American dream. In the early 70s, Roger began working in tenant improvement (TI) construction and went on to collaborate with major players in Los Angeles. In 1991, Roger founded his own demolition company, Rogma.
Growing up around his father’s entrepreneurial spirit, Nick developed a passion for construction and, in 2008, founded Mata Construction Services, Inc. Since then, he has been committed to upholding the values of hard work, integrity, and innovation, leading the company to become a trusted industry leader.
