Mata provided an outstanding management team lead by Mona Chamian and her second in command Jessica Luna. Together this duo partnered with me as the Owner’s representative to keep the overall project team focused and motivated. They both know how to step up and assist even when it is not exactly their job. They mitigate Owners concerns well. The overall success of the project for everyone is what they focus on. Their attitude is infectious and is a huge contribution to an incredible outcome.
